MobileCast® Server
MobileCast Server provides users the ability to manage exceptions, allowing dispatchers to focus attention where it is needed most. See vehicle locations against your route plan in real-time on graphical maps, receive alerts for service failures or route exceptions, and make changes to routes, giving you more control over your fleet.
MobileCast Server offers:
- Route Execution - Whether you pre-plan pickup or delivery routes or dispatch stops on the fly, MobileCast Server allows you to track the execution of your routes against your plan in real-time, giving instant feedback on the status of each route. Know where your vehicles are at any time throughout the day. View current or past GPS history on graphical maps and capture exceptions when vehicles are at locations other than planned.
- Real-Time Dispatch - Just because your vehicles are on the road does not mean they are out of touch. Assign your drivers new stops, re-sequence stops or send text messages to facilitate instant, communications. Wireless networks and ‘store and forward’ technology ensure your information is available when you need it.
- Delivery Status - Now your dispatchers and customer service operations will have access to real-time and accurate planned, projected and actual pickup and delivery times. Provide proactive customer service and be alerted to potential service failures before they occur.

- Reports - No dispatching system would be complete without the ability to analyse how well you are meeting your operational goals. MobileCast Server provides built-in reports and allows user-created reports to be created and saved as well.

- Setup - Maintain customer locations and service requirements, driver information, vehicle profiles and types, status types and many other setup items easily within MobileCast.
- Exchange Information - Using simple ASCII text interfaces or Roadnet® Transporation Suite Web Services, you can easily import and export data to and from MobileCast in real-time to help feed other critical business systems. Update WMS and host systems, or post real-time delivery status information to your company website.
